AVAILABILITY
Vasconia reserves its right to authorize purchases of products in quantities corresponding to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered in a single order and to the assumption that the user chooses to place multiple orders for the same product. RETURNS

To return the product, we will request that you:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once you place your order, an email with the “order number” and details of the product(s) will be sent to the registered email. This does not mean that the order has been processed, authorized, or confirmed. Once your order has been authorized or authenticated and processed, we will send you another email with confirmation of the shipment and tracking details. Should you fail to receive the confirmation email with the shipping details, this will mean that your order could not be confirmed because it fell under any of the assumptions contained in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Once you have placed your order, the purchase process begins. If within 72 hours you have not received the purchase confirmation email with the shipping details, you must go to our website, log in to your account (if you are registered), or call our call center and review the order status. If you do not receive said email, please contact our customer service at: 800-232-8899 with your order number on hand, since you will be asked for it. We would like to inform you that all purchase orders are subject to a bank authorization process. DELIVERY TIME.
Our delivery time is 7 business days. This starts when you pay for the product. Said time also varies depending on the location to which the order is directed. We ship from Cuautitlan, State of Mexico, and do so to the whole of the Mexican Republic.
It is the user’s responsibility to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to sign off on the order.
The user or account holder must communicate any claims regarding incidents or non-conformity with the order within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the order through our Chat or our various contact channels. In the absence of a claim within the time limit indicated above, the products delivered will be considered duly accepted by the user.
